This policy covers refunds on Verbadium, operated by Verbadium.

Every course is free

All courses on Verbadium are free of charge, in full. We take no payments, so there is nothing to refund and no purchase is ever required. The full course only needs a free account.

Purchases made before the courses became free

If you bought a course while it was still sold and believe you were charged in error, or were charged twice, email us with the receipt from your payment confirmation and we will put it right. Any refund is issued to the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
